yes, green tea is very helpful in getting first periods, i tried it and after three days i got my period.:)

I don't mean to nitpick but I really don't understand how to "bend forward at the waist while keeping your back legs straight". I don't have any front legs.... was that supposed to be plural? Or are my legs supposed to be one in front of the other?

People who have had the signs for a long time will probably get it is 3-4 days of doing this , but it might take up to 2-3 weeks with other people so dont give up :). It really does help with not just getting your period but with getting all the other signs if you havent had them get. I have just finished my second day of this. On the first day I just had a headace and a lot more discharge than normal. On the second day I had lots of discharge a headace and I felt really sad and moody. Also sticking your feet in hot water and driking whole milk helps :). I am so excited for mine. Thanks for reading I hope I helped :)) I will give you guys updates soon

Guys i think I'm spotting or i just got my period.... Cuz yesterday i had brownish discharge....... And i think this has happened before.. Like less than a month ago i had dark yellow discharge and a while before that i had like poopy brOwn discharge and again i had brOwn discharge...can someone tell me what this is??!!
