Laughing encourages the production of melatonin. Make a habit of sitting around the dinner table with family and friends sharing words of joy.

This is basically a Cliff Notes for the video, but sometimes a list helps us remember better. Laughter is so easy to do, so healthy to do, so free. The more I think about it, I just might borrow a Smurfs DVD from the local library!
