1. Lunges

Sad but true, lunges are a great exercise for curves.

They help shape your thighs and butt.

Face it us ladies with curves arenโ€™t going to get away from lunges so we might as learn to love them.

2. Squats

The same is true for squats.

Squats work the back of your things and the bottom of your rear.

It may even give your butt a little lift.

3. Side Hip Lift

This exercise for curves helps strengthen your core.

You lay on your side with your knees bent.

Lay your other leg on top the of the bottom leg.2

Support your upper body with one arm bent on the map.

Now lift your hip off the floor and slowly lower back down.

Do several reps and then repeat of the opposite side.

4. Bicycle Crunch

Crunches are another one of those dreaded exercise that we just need to accept.2

We all know there are 101 different ways to do a crunch.

I suggest if you are only going to do one type of crunch try the bicycle crunch.

Here is a great exercise for curves and one of my favorites.

You lie on your back with knees bent and slowly lift your bum off the ground.

This exercise will strengthen and stretch your back, butt, hips and thighs.

If you want to make this move more challenging hold one leg in the air.

6. Push-Ups

If you are anything like me all my strength is in my legs.

Iโ€™m a curvy girl with no upper body strength at all.

Push-ups arenโ€™t really my thing but itโ€™s the best exercise for your arms.

It also helps the back and stomach.
