18. Jumping Rope

Jumping rope is fun! It can also help you eliminate your muffin top. It's simple, but super effective. Because it's a pastime for so many of us, it won't even feel like exercise.

This is one of those exercises that you can basically do for as long as you're able. Maybe because I had so much fun with it as a kid, I also recommend seeing if you can find a Skip-It. Yeah, it's a toy, but if you get a rhythm going, you can also use it to skip or jump while you're walking around the park or the track, so you can do two exercises at once.
