50. Rollerblading


Last but not certainly not least, one of the most fun exercises for muffin top elimination is rollerblading! It's tons of fun, but the motions of your legs and hips will battle those dreaded love handles. Again, this one doesn't really feel like an exercise, so you'll be able to do it for longer and longer periods.
