Well for a start, there’s nothing like climbing into a nicely made bed at the end of the day (see point 15 😊) and it’s just a way of starting the day off with purpose and intent of being productive.

2. Always Eat Breakfast

The better you eat in the morning, the less likely you are going to be to crave snacks between meals in the day time.
