6. You’re Not Excited about Breakfast

Do you wake up in the mornings and just can’t get into breakfast?

I realize that not everyone is a morning person.

But that doesn’t mean you should skip breakfast.

If you’re not into standard breakfast foods, try eating a non-conventional breakfast items!

Half a turkey and cheese sandwich, tuna salad on crackers, and leftovers from the night before can all make a perfectly healthy breakfast.

Think outside the box and eat something you look forward to in the morning!
