Thanks this has been really helpful..have veen suffering with ibs for awhile now...am on meds at the moment..but i find toast...and strong black tea as well as yoghurt to be of great help to me.I try to stay away from acidic foods and consume milk once or twice a week. I also eat alot of fish and chicken but am going to start trying warm lemon water in the mornings☺

Sweet potatoes have been a staple in my diet as well as unsweetened almond milk and kefir. Fish is also s saving grace for protein. More than anything though drinking lemon water with ginger works wonders on the tummy
