How active is your social life?

If it’s out of control and you never have time to yourself, that’s not a good thing, but having no social life is unhealthy too.

Life is about trying to find a balance and living your best self within that balance.

This allows us to enrich our lives, and the lives of others to make a different.

Social health is important.

It helps you progress as a person by uniting with others, learning from them, and enjoying their company.

It also gives you a chance to share your talents with the world, have time to relax and enjoy friends, and be a direct person they can enjoy going to for the same reasons.
