It is important to take good care of your teeth. I am sure you already brush them in the morning and at night, but if you are like me, flossing isn’t a something that comes as naturally as brushing. Well, I am committing myself to flossing daily for the New Year. My dental hygienist urges me to floss daily for years and I have always ignored her. This year I am going to change that!

Are you taking good care of your skin? Do you protect it from the sun, even in the winter? Don’t be fooled by the crisp air. The winter sun is just as damaging as the summer sun. That is why you should make it a priority to wear sunscreen everyday all year long.

7. Strength Training

Add a little muscle building to your cardio routine. Cardio is great for the heart and losing weight, but strength training gives your body a whole new dimension. You can add muscle tone, increase strength and look even hotter next summer in your favorite bikini. It doesn’t take much time to see a difference once you start strength training.
