3. Drink Some Tea!

A lot of the different types of tea have a calming effect and that’s why they represent the ideal solution to fight anxiety or even depression. Try drinking some mint, chamomile, lime or even lavender tea because they contain all kinds of helpful substances for your nervous system and they will only do you good. But, the best advice I could give in this matter is to see a doctor and to ask him what sort of tea he would recommend you to drink, especially if you’re on medication.
