3. How Much Water Should You Drink?

Drink half of your body weight in ounces of water. For example, if you weigh 160 pounds, drink 80 ounces of water each day.

A tip?

Carry a bottle of water everywhere as a reminder to keep drinking. If your pee is yellow, you are dehydrated.

If you find yourself getting bored, there are a ton of flavored water enhancers on the market, from Wyler's, to Mio, to Welch's, to Snapple, to Hawaiian Punch, etc. Want a more natural approach? Use slices of lemon, oranges, cucumber, etc.
