4. Medication

Medication isn't always the answer to dealing with anxiety;

CBT can be much more effective, as it helps to retrain your way of thinking.2

But in some cases, medication can be a useful tool in reducing your anxiety levels.

I have meds that I take only when I need to;

that doesn't happen very often, but it's helpful to know that I have that backup if I need it.2
