I don’t know about you, but I was always under the impression that I was cursed with a very slow metabolism. I love this article Everyone is trying to lose weight and then they spend days beating themselves up, when they don't achieve their goals. Our health is essential and we only have one body. So eating too much protein and not enjoying food that are good for us, will cause many health issues in the future.
