You’ve probably heard about some of the benefits of turmeric. In fact, some call it a superfood. It has loads of health benefits and it can certainly help your liver do its job the right way.


4 teaspoons turmeric

2 teaspoons ginger

2 teaspoons cinnamon

Pinch black pepper

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons honey

Β½ cup coconut milk

Boiling water


Fill a mug halfway with the boiling water. Add the turmeric and ginger and steep for 15 minutes. Stir in the cinnamon, pepper, vanilla and honey. Fill the mug to the top with coconut milk.
