10. Ginger Beet Juice

Don't get worried when you see the name of this juice.

It contains sweet beets, but it also has fruit so it's not bitter and bland.

Ingredients:

1 medium orange, peeled and segmented

3 kale leaves

1 medium apple, cut into wedges

1 peeled medium carrot

1 large beet, peeled and cut into wedges2

1-inch piece ginger, peeled

Ice cubes

Directions:

Process the ingredients through a juicer in order.3

Serve poured over ice.
