8. Power Gulp

This recipe combines the delicious flavor of fruits and vegetables. The green color tells you it's super healthy. In fact, this juice contains fiber, potassium, iron and vitamin C.


1 cup kale, sliced

1 cup green grapes, seedless

1 thickly sliced English cucumber

1 small green apple, cut into chunks

1/2 cup water


Puree the ingredients in a blender, then strain to remove chunks. Thin with extra water, if needed.
