Arching Pigeon

To do this pose, sit on your mat with your left leg behind you and your right leg bent in front of you.

Put your hands on your hips and arch your back.

You can also raise your arms straight up and arch your back.

Hold the pose for at least five breaths, then switch sides.

The pose is good for easing cramping and helping you feel more relaxed.
