Wow if this doesn’t describe me. I’m glad I’m not alone!

...health issues and MUST have my health issues. I just feel so alone and just pray for God to take me every night the last week.

@mireya it's different physically for everyone. My anxiety attacks are not very physical, I just get shaky and lightheaded, but everyone experiences it physically differently. And @kris, the fact that you think it needs more words shows you don't get it, regardless of how the grammar is.

Hey a month or two a god I had really bad sharp pain on my chest and shortness of breath it felt like a heart attack or panic attack not sure because the last time I hade a panic attack was 2 years ago.

For such a serious topic, I think you could do away with those stupid graphics or whatever the heck they are.

Point 24 is so true ❤. I do feel like I have anxiety but sometimes i just ignore it cause i don't want to tell my mind that i do have anxiety. And that keeps me going until now. Although at some point i can't take what's happening. I kept on pretending to be someone I'm not and i need my space to find who i really am. Do you guys think i have anxiety?

I struggled with anxiety disorder for a while and I found great comfort in this post, knowing that others felt the same way made me smile :)

Can 100% relate to this 😫

Thanks for posting! It can be very difficult putting what's going on into words and you just did!

Thank you for posting this...I have anxiety and depression and no one ever gets me (unless they have it too) and this just shows it's no joke, people always say, "you'll be fine" like no you don't understand. So thank you so much for this! You rock.
