1. Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha Ashwagandha is a top notch candidate for herbs that give you energy. Ashwagandha is a tonic herb that is great for rejuvenation. It can also be known as Indian ginseng or winter cherry. You can find it as a supplement in natural food markets or vitamin stores. Try this as one of the best herbs that give you energy to take on any task.

2. Ginseng

Ginseng Ginseng is an herb, but don’t knock that fact that it has the potential to banish your fatigue and make you feel snappy and alert. It even has the ability to improve cognitive and mental function. It’s even used as an herb to give those in sports endurance to keep going. Be careful not to take it on an empty stomach though, or it could leave you feeling a little nauseous!

3. Ginkgo

Ginkgo Gingko Biloba is mostly known for its ability to improve memory function, but it can also give you a boost in energy! It acts within the cells, which helps to increase ATP levels. ATP (adenosine triphosphate) helps to control glucose, which promotes overall energy flow!

4. Green Tea

Green Tea Green tea is an awesome herb to use for energy! Plus, it’s one of the simpler herbs to get into your system simply by drinking it! Green tea helps fight fatigue and increases blood circulation, as well as providing endurance for you to get through the day. In my opinion, green tea is pretty good without an overload of sugar that will just slow down your energy intake! They also have it in extract form if you prefer not to drink it!

What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!

5. Maca

6. Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola Rosea Not only is Rhodiola Rosea great for decreasing stress levels and increasing relaxation hormones within the body, but it also gives you energy! Rhodiola Rosea focuses on decreasing mental fatigue as well boosting strength levels within the body. Take this herb, and you’ll forget you ever needed to drink three cups of coffee in one day!

7. Astragalus

Astragalus Astragalus is an amazing herb that is used as a way to improve energy levels while also increasing metabolism levels. It can also improve strength, mental fatigue and mental function in the body. It can come in either a powder or solid form as well. I’d recommend getting it in supplement form at your local vitamin store.

8. Reishi

Reishi Reishi is a rare mushroom that hails from China. It has been used in traditional Chinese medicine as a way to boost energy levels, increase immune system strength and improve mental fatigue. It comes in both tablet and liquid form. It’s good as a stress reducer too!

These herbs are all good, natural alternatives to coffee. While I enjoy yummy coffee with a little cream and sugar, I do find that the crash from the caffeinated energy isn’t something I’d want to experience all the time. So, I often find myself drifting to these wonderful herbs for energy! They come in so many forms too, and you can find them in your local natural markets or vitamin shops to add them into your diet! Would you try any of the herbs I suggested as a break from coffee?
