10 Benefits of Lemon 🍋 Water 💦 and Pink Himalayan Salt ...

So everyone has a morning ritual when they wake up and you've probably heard of the benefits of lemon water when you get up in the morning. For some ladies, morning means exercising, walking the dog, or having a cup of coffee. Mine is drinking 23 oz of lemon water with Himalayan pink salt. I'm not a fan of cold beverages first thing in the morning so I warm my lemon water up. The day or night before, I prepare a gallon of it and refrigerate it over night so that the lemons and salt can saturate in the water.

How to Make Lemon Water


1 organic lemon (cut into small pieces)
2 1/2 teaspoons of pink Himalayan salt
Gallon of PURIFIED water


Add lemon and salt to the water and refrigerate overnight.
