Sad but true, lunges are a great exercise for curves. They help shape your thighs and butt. Face it us ladies with curves aren’t going to get away from lunges so we might as learn to love them.

Lunges work by engaging the glutes and quads, which helps to build strength and definition in the lower body. Lunges also help to improve balance and stability, making them a great exercise for overall body strength. Additionally, lunges can be done anywhere, making them a great exercise for busy women on the go. Lunges can be done with just bodyweight or with added weights to increase the intensity. For best results, perform lunges with good form and technique and gradually increase the number of reps and sets.

The same is true for squats. Squats work the back of your things and the bottom of your rear. It may even give your butt a little lift.

Crunches are another one of those dreaded exercise that we just need to accept. We all know there are 101 different ways to do a crunch. I suggest if you are only going to do one type of crunch try the bicycle crunch. It targets more stomach muscles than the rest.

Here is a great exercise for curves and one of my favorites. You lie on your back with knees bent and slowly lift your bum off the ground. This exercise will strengthen and stretch your back, butt, hips and thighs. If you want to make this move more challenging hold one leg in the air.
6. Push-Ups
If you are anything like me all my strength is in my legs. I’m a curvy girl with no upper body strength at all. Push-ups aren’t really my thing but it’s the best exercise for your arms. It also helps the back and stomach.
7. Cardio
Of course we can't leave cardio off the list of exercises for curves. If running or jump jacks don’t seem quite your style try dancing. What better way is there to show off your sexy curves and burn some serious calories?
