Where Thoughts and Opinions Converge

I didn't know that pectin was effective for fighting bad cholesterol, love little bits of info like that 😄 good read!

This is a great article. I did not know that heart health was the number one killer for women! I always eat healthy and never shop on an empty stomach. I am constantly looking for healthy new foods that I have never tried before. I must admit, I have only tried dried dates and I thought they were great. But I have been kind of sketchy about trying whole dates, thinking that I will not like them. I did not know they are full of potassium and can lower blood pressure! Now I will have to try them. Thanks for the interesting facts and nutrition info!

You might want to add bananas to this list!
