Good article, but where is rosemary? It's great for immune system, digestion, hair, eyes; it has anti-aging and anti-tumor properties, eases muscle ache, but it's best know for improving memory and concentration and preventing brain-aging. Rosemary is really one of the best herbs for brain, you should add it to your list!

I use all of these! Ginger tea is especially good for cramps!

There is no such thing as "Fake Cinnamon", just different types; and 99% Americans aren't going to purchase Sri Lankan cinnamon.
