@Holly Treat I think I stopped leaking once the milk was fully out. I think it's because that babies get hungry in the middle of the night too so the body just automatically leaks for the baby even if were not feeding them

I'm (almost) on the the right track. I do exercise, eat kale, breastfeed, wear the right bra size and watch how much I drink. I do need to work on getting them look at at the doctor's and eliminate alcohol completely for myself but most importantly for my baby :-)
