1. Unprocessed, Alkaline Diet
One of the ways to fight cellulite with your diet is to consume only unprocessed foods. Eating a clean, alkaline diet in addition to some of the other tips can help reduce cellulite. Minimize the appearance of cellulite by eating alkaline foods so you attract acidic and toxic substances in your body and remove them. Fresh fruits and vegetables are alkaline foods and should make up most of what’s in your daily meals!
