10 Healthy and Yummy Juice Recipes You Should Try ...

Juicing is an easy way to get veggies into your daily diet and I have created a list of 10 juice recipes to try. When I juice fruits and vegetables, the nutrients are able to get into my system immediately and I can feel it. I love the benefits and taste of juice so much that I requested a juicer on my wedding registry to ensure I could make it a part of my daily life. If you don't have access to a personal juicer, fear not! This list of 10 juice recipes to try can be requested at your closest Jamba Juice or Whole Foods. Also, ask around your local health & wellness community and I'm sure someone can guide you to a place to get fresh juice.

Thank You!! :D I'll try it using a blender :)

@Shayla I just cut the lemon in half and hand squeeze the juice :)

Hi Lezlie! For the recipes, do I have to blend the ingreients together or just add water to them? Thank You

Will definitely try these

Good to kw ,all the recipes I"ll definitely try these

@Eunicesiaw hello :). Do you have a juicer? If so, you would just place the ingredients in the juicer a little at a time and it will extract the juice for you. If you don't have a juicer, I would peel the skin off of most of these ingredients and blend them with ice or water. But note that the texture will be more like a smoothie instead of juice :). I hope that helps!

For 9 do you peel the lemon ?
