1. Massage
When was the last time you had a good massage? Did it help calm your nerves and relieve stress? I bet it did. Massages are a great way to get rid of pent up frustrations and feel better. Go in for a massage, allow your body to relax as the stresses get kneaded out of your back, neck, legs and feet. Keep reading for more ways to calm your nerves.

Yoga is a calming exercise that moves you from one position to another. You work on your balance, strength and flexibility. I know that I always feel much better after a good yoga session. It helps me calm my mind, focus on my body, and improve my abilities. If nothing else, it is a moment for me to get away and work on me.

Sometimes all we need to feel calm is a good night's rest. I know in some cases finding peaceful sleep while feeling under pressure and stressed out seems near impossible, but do your best to get as much rest as possible during these times in your life. Getting adequate sleep will help you think more clearly and be ready to handle different problems as they arrive.
