Every girl needs to know the signs of a heart attack. A heart attack is a scary, sick way to die. For most, we do not know when a heart attack is going to happen.

Here are 5 signs of a heart attack. When it happens it is sudden and brutal. It varies between men, and women.

CHEST PAIN

Chest pain that is stabbing and sharp. It could make you feel dizzy, and stressed. It could also be called angina, a medical term for chest pain. Angina is bad, it hurts, and is also uncomfortable. It affects the arms, jaw, and chest. Also, angina can feel like someone is grabbing and squeezing your chest.

When you are experiencing a heart attack, tightness will come into your chest. Chest pain is one of the most common signs of a heart attack.

JAW PAIN

Feels like it is difficult to open your mouth and you may have difficulty swallowing. There may be severe pain in, or around the jaw, almost like it is dislocating. An earache associated with jaw pain may indicate a heart attack.

SHORTNESS of BREATH

If your experiencing this at rest, and without doing any strenuous physical activity, this could be a warning sign that a heart attack is on the way.

TOOTH PAIN

If you have otherwise healthy teeth and gums, but you are experiencing extraordinary tooth pain, this could be a sign that you're going to have a heart attack.

PAIN EVEN at REST

If you cannot relax in any position and have severe pain in your chest but you are at rest, that is a red flag! Take an aspirin immediately. Aspirin is known to stop heart attacks.

Make sure to dial 911 immediately if you suspect that you are having a heart attack.

I have been trying to watch my diet exercise and take care of myself since then. I only wish I had done those things before.

My bp was really high. I was given nitro and it came down. This was repeated three times. The nitro gave me the absolutely worst headache I have ever had in my life. The next day I had angioplasty and had two blockages opened and now take meds.

For me it felt like an elephant was sitting on my chest. It was very painful. I did not have the classic arm pain I had a horrible headache and I could feel my heart beating like it was going to explode I could feel it in my ears.
