The first and probably most difficult resolution is getting your essential 8 hours in. Late night study sessions, parties, and time with friends can seriously affect your sleep habits. But remember, getting adequate sleep sets you up for success! You retain more information, are able to recall facts easier, your body is more alert and so is your mind. Plus, adequate rest supports a faster metabolism and a gorgeous, glowing face!
2. Commit to a Healthy Diet πππ
Believe it or not, it is possible to eat healthy in college! It's harder for sure, especially if friends are eating burgers and fries every day. But getting proper nutrition is essential for being healthy because it prevents weight gain and keeps you from feeling sluggish. Limit carbs and amp up the protein and you'll be good to go! π
