A Delicious Smoothie Bowl to Fight Candida and Belly Fat ...

You need a smoothie bowl to fight candida right now. Why? Because candida can be quite uncomfortable and you want to get rid of it as soon as possible. Do just that by eating something yummy.

This is actually quite delicious and I eat this at least once a week for either lunch or dinner. It helps keep my belly and six pack intact and also helps keep my candida at bay. Did I mention that it was quite delicious? (lol)

Here are the ingredients you will need:
1 tsp Tahini Paste
1 1/2 tsp water
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1 pinch of salt (possibly Himalayan pink salt)
1 pinch of coconut sugar
1 pinch of turmeric
1/2 tsp of chopped Parsley

Mix the above ingredients and put aside.

List 2:
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 cup chopped kale
1/2 cup of quinoa (red or yellow)
1/2 cup of cooked sweet potatoes cut into cubes (I usually use frozen sweet potatoes and they thaw in the pan)

1/2 cup of chopped dandelion greens (4x the calcium, 1x the vitamin A, and 7x the vitamin K. It does taste a little bitter)
1 tablespoon of roasted pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
1/2 an avocado cut into cubes
1/4 cup of sauerkraut, drained (this is a great probiotic if you don't consume dairy)

Combine kale, dandelion greens, sweet potatoes, quinoa, and garlic. Cook on high until kale and dandelion greens are limp. Turn off the heat and add the sauerkraut and keep stirring for about 3 minutes. Put the finished product into a bowl, top it with pumpkin seeds, avocado, and then mixed first batch of ingredients. Add some pepper and enjoy. This should take a total of 10 minutes to prepare and about 20 of prep time is included.
