2. Blueberry and Watermelon Detox

If you prefer your tea fruity, you will love this one. It’s packed with detoxing ingredients, but tastes so good you won’t have any trouble drinking it down when you need to.

Ingredients:

Diced watermelon
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 green tea bag
Handful of blueberries
1 liter of water

Directions:

Steep the green tea and allow to cool. Pour the tea over the watermelon and blueberries and stir in the lemon juice. Steep overnight and serve chilled.
