10. Ginger Beet Juice

Don't get worried when you see the name of this juice. It contains sweet beets, but it also has fruit so it's not bitter and bland. If you want a juice that's packed with vitamins and minerals, this is the one for you.

Ingredients:

1 medium orange, peeled and segmented
3 kale leaves
1 medium apple, cut into wedges
1 peeled medium carrot
1 large beet, peeled and cut into wedges
1-inch piece ginger, peeled
Ice cubes

Directions:

Process the ingredients through a juicer in order. Serve poured over ice.
