2. Have Healthy Snacks

If you know you're going to a party and will want to eat all the best snacks of the season, choose healthier foods the rest of the day. Have small meals or snacks like fruits, vegetables, nuts or cheese. You'll be full, but won't take in too many calories, leaving you some room for the treats you can't pass up during the holidays.
