7. Wash & Sanitize Your Hands Regularly

Doctors say that this is the number one way to stay well during cold and flu season. We really don’t realize how many surfaces we touch as we go throughout our day. Then, after touching all of those filthy surfaces we touch our face in some way and then before you know it, you are sick! Avoid this by washing your hands and using sanitizer regularly. I keep sanitizer stashed in my purse, my car and on the kitchen sink so it is easy to grab.
