Looking for some ways to relieve the symptoms of menopause? Menopause affects women in their
40s or 50s. It is when your period stops. And then it feels like a nightmare!

Hot flashes, nighttime sweating, and mood swings. It feels like you are pregnant, have your period, and you're in hell. It makes you so pissed off, you would or could have sudden outbursts of anger towards anyone you love for no reason at all. But it's not your fault. It is the Menopause Curse.

One second you're doing fine, the next you're grabbing someone you love's throat, and screaming at them. It is actually like male hormones going to your brain, and tormenting you to become something you're not. Violent behavior and screaming are some of the things you will go through. Its hormone overdrive for women!

There are many symptoms. But really if you are not pregnant, or not having sex, are also in your 40's or 50's, and your period gradually or suddenly stops, you probably have menopause.
