3. Regular Toilet Habits
We’re not all comfortable with toilet talk, but it’s a topic that is important when it comes to natural detox! To put it plainly, if you are not pooping regularly, then you are not naturally detoxing regularly! No matter how healthy and clean your diet is, the point of stool is that it is excreting all of the undesirable waste that comes from that diet. If you are not letting yourself go at least one every day, then you are letting those toxins sit inside in your body unnecessarily. If you are somebody who has problems with being as regular as once a day, then you might want to think about changing your diet to help your digestion, or visiting your doctor to check that nothing more serious is the cause of the issue. Whatever you do, do not rely on laxatives to keep you regular, this is a bad habit to pick up and can lead to a very unhealthy system that is unable to operate on its own.
