Yeah no if I'm sick I'm getting rid of the tooth brush they aren't that expensive and I'm not that cheap

Fantastic article you have shared on teeth brushing. I would like to add some points on this topic. Use your brush to clean your teeth, but that doesn't mean it's the cleanest thing itself. The stuff you brush off your teeth can stuck right into the bristles of the brush. Rinses it well and let it air-dry to clean it up. Brushing too hard wears down enamel and tears your gums. Take it easy.

Yea my dentist told me it's not about brushing harder but longer. Also does anyone know if brushing with hot or cold water makes a difference? My be couldn't believe I use cold water to brush my teeth and I was just as amazed that he brushes with hot water which he says gets rid of more germs? Who know but hot water doesn't feel right in my mouth lol

Good point
