1. Sugary Cereal
One of the worst breakfast foods is sugary cereal. You know - the junk you ate as a kid. Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops, Cocoa Pebbles, etc. Those foods will give you some instant energy, but you'll crash soon after and be hungry again. Replace those bad for you cereals with fruit salad. You'll satisfy your sweet tooth, but you'll load up on fiber, which will keep you feeling full for much longer.
2. Bagels and Cream Cheese
You might think this is a virtuous choice, but bagels are packed with simple carbs, which do the same thing to your body as sugary cereals. Instead, have sweet potato toast topped with avocado and egg. You'll get loads of nutrients and you'll satisfy your appetite for hours.
3. Hashbrowns
Sure, they're delicious and they make your morning a bit better. But if you must have a hashbrown in the morning, opt for one made from sweet potatoes. You'll get some much needed nutrients, such as beta-carotene and vitamin A, but you'll also get a good dose of antioxidants and some fiber too.
4. Oatmeal
Surprised? Oatmeal is often touted as a superfood that is an ideal choice when you get out of bed in the morning. However, chia seed pudding is a much better choice. It's full of nutrients and will keep you feeling full for hours, helping prevent you from reaching for junk food between breakfast and lunch. You can modify your chia seed pudding any way you want to so it will be like having something different for breakfast every morning.
What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!
5. Granola Bars
Sure, they have nutritional value, but many granola bars are packed with sugar. That's not a good choice in the morning because you'll just be hungry before lunchtime comes. Instead, enjoy a homemade energy bar, which gives you the freedom to use whichever ingredients you want and to make a breakfast meal that you know you're going to like.

6. Donuts
You know that reaching for a donut in the morning is not a good choice. However, you don't have to give up your donut habit. Opt for one made from coconut flour instead and you can enjoy a favorite morning meal without feeling deprived.
7. Orange Juice
If you choose 100% orange juice, you do get some vitamin C and other nutrients, but it's not as healthy as a homemade smoothie. Toss some fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender and you have a filling meal that is packed with fiber and nutrients.
