If you’re a regular tweeter, then consider following some of my favorite health experts to follow on Twitter. I was a late bloomer to the world of tweeting, yet once I started, I realized how easy and useful it was. I had just graduated from college with my nutrition degree, so I began to follow several different health experts, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve learned so much about healthy new foods and fun new exercises, found tons of great recipes, and received tips for eating on the go, eating out at restaurants, or exercising in my home. Look up some of my favorite health experts to follow on Twitter to enhance your healthy lifestyle. Professional advice is just a tweet away!

Dana James rocks, ladies! Dana is a triple board certified nutritionist and founder of Food Coach NYC, a nutritional therapy practice based in Manhattan. Dana specializes in nutritional therapy outside of the standard medical system. She promotes natural sources of healing, and works with clients on a psychological level to understand why their health is at risk or needs attention.
