I love this song.

In fact, it's one of my top work out songs of all time.

Anytime I hear it I just want to dance.

The thought of daisy dukes and bikinis on top will be exactly the motivation I need to push harder this spring and get ready for summer.

Whatโ€™s not to like about this song?

Itโ€™s got a nice beat, warm lyrics, and Justin Timberlake.

Itโ€™s got everything we ever needed to be a top work out song.

Add it to your spring playlist and you'll soon be dancing the pounds right off your bod.2

3. Walking on Sunshine: Katrina & the Waves

This song may be from a couple of decades ago, but itโ€™s a classic.

Itโ€™s another upbeat and fun song to get you excited about warmer weather and sunshine.

Itโ€™s perfect for a rainy day when you are stuck inside running on a treadmill.

Itโ€™s even better on a clear day when you can take your run outside and feel the sun shining on your face.2

4. Steal My Sunshine: Len

If you are looking for a fun spring workout song to get started, try this one.

It also has a good beat at a brisk tempo, but not too fast.

Itโ€™s fun, itโ€™s catchy, and itโ€™s all about sunshine and spring.
