1. Weak Herbal Tea

A warm cup of weak herbal tea, with no sugar added is an excellent cure for an upset stomach. Try chamomile, ginger or peppermint tea or any other herb you like. Add no milk either.

2. Gingerbread with Applesauce

This is also one of the yummy recipes to soothe a stomach upset. On one hand, crumble gingerbread cookies and on the other microwave applesauce until it is warm. This is also a great recipe for curing upset stomachs. It makes you burp a lot which will bring relief to an upset tummy. Take ginger ale that is at room temperature and add some crushed peppermint to it. Use a straw to sip the drink rather than gulping it.

4. Lemon Honey Cinnamon Water

This is one of the easiest recipes to soothe a stomach upset. Just warm a glass of water. Add a thin slice of lemon to it and a spoonful of honey. Sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon and your remedy for upset stomach is ready. Keep sipping until its stays warm.
