1. Kegels Are Queen 👑

I was going to say Kegels, those contract-y vag exercises, were "king," but... you know... anyway. To keep your bits healthy and strong, engage your pelvic floor muscles every time you're just sitting or standing around. Contract, hold for five seconds, release, and repeat a couple hundred times a day.

2. Ditch the Chemicals

Douches, creams, soaps -- harsh, ladies! Ditch the chemical cleansers, especially the harsh ones, which may cause drying and irritation, and stick to something gentler for your sensitive lady parts.

3. Work It!

Whether you're enjoying sexytime with a partner or you're flying solo, studies have shown that using your parts for pleasure helps keep you (and your vag) healthy.

4. Just (don't) do It 🚴‍♀️

Bike rides, horseback riding -- don't overdo anything sweat-inducing where you'll be sitting for a long time, because believe it or not, this can cause your labia to stretch and sag. Who cares how it looks? It's uncomfortable.

What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!

5. Careful!

If you repeatedly nick yourself shaving your bikini line, you can cause scars, and who wants scarring on your lady bits? Why not let it grow a little, or at the very least, try and be more careful?

6. Watch What You Wear

This isn't necessarily about aging your puss, but rather about how, as your hormones change over time, you'll be more prone to yeast infections. Please, lovies, wear breathable cotton panties and be sure to change quickly after swimming or working out.

7. Beware the Diet 🍕

Just like the skin sag you'll experience anywhere else after a major weight loss, your lady parts will experience some physical changes related to fat loss (or gain), and if you're constantly yo-yoing in weight, your vag will feel and see some effects, too.
