Red Wine

Grapes are full of antioxidants anyway, and red wine is one of the most beneficial beverages with antioxidants you could ever drink. Studies suggest that the particular antioxidant in red wine can decrease the risk of cancer. In fact, some studies have found evidence that it can significantly help with pancreatic cancer. Red wine is good for your heart as well, as a preventative measure or simply a helpful, healthy one. Drink up, just limit it to one glass!

Green Tea

Green tea is another fantastic beverage with antioxidants. It's also incredible versatile, with far reaching health benefits. Drink plenty and you may prevent heart disease, high cholesterol, and even certain cancers. Work in two or three cups a day and the polyphenols in green tea can also give you more energy and help you lose weight!

3

Fruit Juice

Many fresh, natural fruit juices contain helpful antioxidants, mainly because there are so many antioxidant-rich fruits. No matter what kind of juice you like best, you'll find one that will help prevent heart disease, cancer, and many other health problems. Start the day with orange or apple juice; drink cranberry juice and help with mild kidney or bladder infections; lose weight by drinking pomegranate or Acai juice. Try blueberries, grapes, or black cherries while you're at it. They're all incredibly helpful.

4

Coffee

Believe it or not, that coffee in the morning is actually a good thing. Although you can definitely overdo it if you're not careful, coffee is still one of the best beverages with antioxidants. I'm not saying go nuts on all those gourmet coffee drinks; make it yourself at home and go easy on the sugar and cream. If you do, you'll be lowering the risk of heart disease and liver disease, including cancer. Just keep it steady and don't go overboard. In this case, a little coffee goes a long way.

5

Iced Tea

Iced tea is easily one of my favorite drinks with antioxidants. I'm a Southern girl, I love iced tea! Honestly, hot tea works just as well. Tea is beneficial in much the same way as coffee, but it won't get you quite as jittery if you have more than one glass.

Vegetable Juice

Plenty of vegetables are full of antioxidants as well, and if you enjoy veggie shakes, smoothies, or natural juices, you need to know them. From artichokes to broccoli, from sweet potatoes to cabbage, from spinach to kale, make it a juice! Okay, some are easier than others, but even if you add a little veggie juice to a predominantly fruity mixture, it'll taste great and you'll get all the benefits!

7

Vitamin Water

I put this one last for a reason. There are lots of natural beverages with antioxidants but there are manufactured ones as well. Lots of vitamin waters promise healthy blasts of antioxidants. It's better to go another route if you can, but I'm not going to say this stuff isn't awesome when you're exercising or otherwise on the go.

As you can see, there are lots of yummy beverages with antioxidants. No matter what you like, you'll be able to find something that pleases your palate while helping your body so much. Indulge in a daily glass of wine, relax with a hot mug of green tea, or experiment with making your own fruit juice! What are your favorite antioxidant-rich drinks?
