When you think about the fact that to maintain a working body, so many different chemical reactions have to happen, this isn’t necessarily unusual, but it goes without saying that there are definitely times when certain smells might be a signifier of something that you need to get addressed. 1. Strong Urine
We all familiar with a faint pee type smell when we go to the bathroom, but if the odour is starting to get really strong and overpowering, then that could be a sign that something is wrong. Sometimes all that is required is a slight change in diet, or drinking more water, but on other occasions, it could be an indicator of a urinary tract infection that would need antibiotics to cure.
2. Nasty Sweat
There can actually be something satisfying about that smell of clean, fresh sweat after a workout, but you can definitely tell when your sweat is giving off a different vibe. If you are giving off a stronger than normal, pungent smell from areas like your pubic region or your underarms, then it can be an indicator of problematic digestion issues.

None of us smell particularly fresh first thing in the morning, but when your morning breath crosses the lines of decency then it could be a sign that you are suffering from a bacterial infection, possibly caused by little bits of food that you have missed during brushing.
4. Sweet Breath
This is an odd one because sweet breath might not necessarily smell bad, but it definitely smells ‘wrong’. Having overly sweet breath can sometimes be an indicator of diabetes because it is showing that your body is having a hard time controlling sugars.

6. Vaginal Sourness
If there is a subtle or not so subtle acidic or vinegary smell coming from your vagina, it could be a symptom of bacterial vaginosis or inflammation caused by bacterial overgrowth. All you need to do it visit your doctor to be prescribed some oral antibiotics.
7. Rotten
To put it politely, it might actually smell like something has died down there! It’s an extreme case, but it might actually be that you have left a foreign object in your vagina and forgotten about it, like a tampon, female condom, or a diaphragm. It will smell so bad because that object has started to attract the attention of bad bacteria within your body!
