It doesn’t matter if you are walking, biking, running, or jogging you can keep up with your trail on iMayMy. It’s a perfect app for mapping out your daily exercise route. With this health iPhone app you can keep track of the number of miles you have covered in each workout and over time.

3. Pink Pad

Want to know if your period is coming? There’s an app for that. The iPhone has a couple of different period tracker apps but this has been my favorite by far. I like that it has a security lock. It lets me know when to expect my period and what days I am most fertile. I can record any symptoms or moods I’m having. Over time you really start to see how your body changes throughout your menstrual cycle.

4. Symptoms Navigator

Do you like to play doctor by checking your aliments online before consulting a real doctor? I know I do. That is why I felt the need to add this health iPhone app to the list. It lets you put in your symptoms and gives you a rundown of possible illness before seeing a doctor.
