There are so many health iPhone apps that can help you make better choices for a healthy lifestyle. You probably take your phone everywhere you go. If you on are a quest for good health it makes perfect sense to load up on good health iPhone apps. I have put together a list of some of my favorite iPhone apps for health and wellness.
1. Lose It!
Lose It! Is a must have app. In it you can keep track of your weight as you try to shed pounds. You can also use as a food journal and to calculate calories eaten and burned through exercise. If you are on a weight loss journey you need to check out this app
It doesn’t matter if you are walking, biking, running, or jogging you can keep up with your trail on iMayMy. It’s a perfect app for mapping out your daily exercise route. With this health iPhone app you can keep track of the number of miles you have covered in each workout and over time.
3. Pink Pad
Want to know if your period is coming? There’s an app for that. The iPhone has a couple of different period tracker apps but this has been my favorite by far. I like that it has a security lock. It lets me know when to expect my period and what days I am most fertile. I can record any symptoms or moods I’m having. Over time you really start to see how your body changes throughout your menstrual cycle.
4. Symptoms Navigator
Do you like to play doctor by checking your aliments online before consulting a real doctor? I know I do. That is why I felt the need to add this health iPhone app to the list. It lets you put in your symptoms and gives you a rundown of possible illness before seeing a doctor.
Are you trying to quit smoking? If you are then I commend you for making such a great choice for your health. Many people are trying to break the bad habit of smoking. With Quitter you don’t have to go it alone. Use this health iPhone app as a resource in quitting smoking.
6. Brain Hack
Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. That is why you need to check out Brain Hack. It is a fun iPhone app with games to help promote your cognitive thinking and memory. Use Brain Hack to strengthen your brain cells.
Ever have questions about certain medication? iPharmacy probably has the answer. It’s like having your own medicine encyclopedia at the tip of your fingers. Search the names of different medications for a complete understanding of the drug.
8. Pocket First Aid Guide
The Pocket First Aid Guide will have you prepared like a good little Boy Scout. It shares all the information you would ever need to know in an emergency. Pocket First Aid Guide is a must for any camping trip, but also good to have on hand all the time.
