Here’s the thing, you’ve only got one body to get you through your entire time here on this planet, so you need to make sure that you do everything in your power to treat it right! If you are the kind of person who likes to be the best at everything you do, then there is only one thing for it, you have to be the fittest, most nutritionally minded individual ever. Here is how to be the healthiest person in the world!
The first step is a mental one, and it’s all about having integrity and pride in yourself, and not wanting to let yourself get into a place where you are ashamed of your body, or you feel your body is letting you down. This doesn’t even have to be about losing weight and having 0% body fat; it’s individual for each person, and we all know what kind of body we are comfortable and happy about having.
Exercise is important, but the opposite of that is equally so! Getting enough sleep every single night is integral to giving your body that energy and routine that it needs in order to cooperate with your health and fitness efforts. If you are fatigued all the time, you aren’t going to be able to reach your goals.
Make an effort to read all of the labels on your foods, and make sure that you are getting that right balance of nutrients every day and ticking off all of the boxes on the healthy sheet. If your body isn’t getting the right nutrition, then you aren’t going to be as healthy as you can be.
There is no getting away from it, exercise is integral! The only effective way to lose weight and/or get in shape is to work out and get your blood pumping, your muscles moving and your metabolism rising. The trick is finding the type of exercise that suits you the most and that you see as a fun hobby rather than a chore.
Make sure that you get yourself out in the natural sunlight on a regular basis. It is good for your body clock, for your Vitamin D intake, and for your overall state of mind and mental health.
6. Social Connection
It is healthy to have a pleasant and active social life because personal interactions and connections with other people give us reasons to live beyond our own desires and needs. Did you know that being ostracised from a community can take years off of a person’s life?
For the vast majority of people out there, sex is not only a fun form of exercise, but also something that is essential for good mental health, relaxation, and overall satisfaction in life. Sex provides you with close intimate contact with another person, it provides you with feel-good chemicals, and it provides you with an impetus to keep your body and stamina in shape!
