1. It’s Been Awhile

One of the reasons to call your gynecologist is if it has been awhile. There is a reason they want you to come in for a yearly exam. There are things that need an annual checkup to make sure everything is going as it should be. Women’s bodies are complex and our systems are very intricate. It is wise to take care of your unique feminine needs by visiting your gynecologist regularly.

2. It Burns when You Pee

If you are experiencing burning when you pee, you could have a urinary tract infection, otherwise known as a UTI. There are other symptoms that can go along with this, such as low abdominal or back pain, having to urinate frequently or having urgency to go. UTIs are generally easily treatable but it is important not to allow them to go untreated. If that happens, complications can develop. If you have any of these symptoms, call for an appointment now.

3. Your Yeast Infection Won’t Go Away

For every woman that has ever experienced a yeast infection, she knows how miserable that they can be. A lot of women deal with them frequently. But if you have one that doesn’t seem to be going away, it is time to give your gynecologist a call. There are other infections that can mimic a yeast infection but are actually something else. Only your doctor can correctly differentiate between the two.

4. Sex Hurts

Sex should never hurt. But for a lot of women, pain is something they deal with every time they have intercourse. Don’t allow this to happen in your relationship. It doesn’t have to be that way. See your gynecologist as soon as possible to figure out what is going on.

What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!

5. Your Period is MIA

Periods are such a funny little part of our lives, aren’t they? Dealing with them is frustrating but dealing with them not showing up is even more difficult.
