In order to avoid last minute study stress, you have to study in advance. Nothing is worse than being sick during the midterm week. The last thing you want to do in that moment is study. So make sure to get yourself together weeks before the test and take care of yourself. Taking some vitamins and omega-3 pills to enrich your body will not hurt either!
