1. Watermelon

Watermelon is a food that is very naturally cooling for the person eating it. Not only is it absolutely delicious, but the juicy nature of it is will cool you down and also hydrate you at the same time.

2. Breathing Exercises

If you can roll your tongue, then you can do something called pranayama which is a breathing exercise that involves being able to further cool down your inhaling breaths and therefore cool your entire body. Google it for further details!

3. Morning Hydration

If you can drink twenty ounces of water in the morning, then you will find that you stay feeling much cooler for the rest of the day.

4. Aloe Vera

Add aloe vera to your diet and also add it to your skin via various care products. Aloe vera has an innate cooling property thanks to it’s delicate and soothing chemical makeup.

What you choose to wear while working out can have a significant impact on your comfort and performance. One essential item is the sports bra. Lack of proper support can lead to discomfort and muscle tissue damage. Choosing a good sports bra can help prevent these problems and ensure a great workout!

5. No Inflammatory Foods

Avoid any foods that have the potential to raise your body temperature, like alcohol, caffeine and sugar. Admittedly, these are all things that are very much associated with the summer, but if you want to feel cool more than anything else, work on cutting them out as much as possible.
